Carroll Lee Ross

Carroll Lee Ross is a retired judge for the Tenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. A native of McMinn County, he holds a J. D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. He is an avid historian with a special interest in Tennessee frontier history, as expressed through his volunteer work as a living history interpreter, often at Fort Loudoun, Monroe County.
