Carolyn Gregg received the Community History Award for her contribution to the history of Greeneville and Greene County. Her impressive contributions include research, writing, publications, a children’s book, writing and directing plays, numerous presentations, assisting others with genealogical research, and, with her husband, cleaning, repairing stones, and mowing a historic cemetery (1793).
